Evan Ross and Ashlee Simpson hung out with quite the unique pair during Memorial Day weekend, as they spent some time with her ex Ryan Cabrera and his reignited flame Audrina Patridge.
Ashlee and Ryan first dated way before her and Evan were an item all the way back in 2004. They split a year later.
The married couple, who share one child with one another, met up with the recently reunited Audrina and Ryan over the holiday weekend which was actually documented on Instagram. The former Hills star and singer got back together in April after originally splitting up back in 2010.
“Ryan is one of my best friends — even before we were together — and he still is one of my best friends of all time,” she told PEOPLE Thursday at the launch of his and her's unisex Zadig & Voltaire capsule, Jagger Snow.

“He and Audrina have known each other for a while now, too. He lives so close. We just like showed up for Memorial Day. We had the best time,” he said of the time spent with Ashlee and the other two.
“We got to share with them what we’ve been up to. I’m happy. They were together at one point and they’ve always been really good friends,” he added. Looks like Ashlee & Ryan are proof that great friendships can still occur even after a breakup.
