A source tells OKMagazine.com about her figure, “Khloe’s not got an inch of fat on anywhere except for her derriere – it’s all muscle.” Well, that makes sense since Khloe is constantly spotted working out at the gym, and we know her trainer Gunnar Peterson makes her do squats.
And that is not the only thing he’s making her do. The source notes, “She’s doing a targeted workout routine that keeps her behind bootylicious while trimming down all over.”
But we all know that getting the body we want does not only depend on our workout, but on our eating habits as well.
“The big focus on her diet is super proteins, which have amino acids to help build muscle. So it’s loads of whey shakes and meals that consist of salmon, tuna, tilapia, chicken and turkey, alongside eggs, legumes and lean red meat.”
This sounds a lot more delicious than the green shakes Kourt sometimes promotes on her social media page.
