Dr. Michael Salzhauer, who has worked on Hollywood’s finest celebrities told Radar, "Gwen appears to have done Botox."

But there is a lot more going on than just botox! Dr. Miami, who has not treated Stefani, believes she “most likely had a series of chemical peels.”

And Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Shelia Nazarian agrees! "Gwen looks like she has had a lot of fillers in her face, botox and chemical peels."

"She's most likely also had some laser treatments and, if she is into the trend that all of Hollywood is doing right now, she has most likely tried platelet rich plasma, commonly called the Vampire facial," said Dr. Nazarian, who also doesn't see Stefani.

But Blake Shelton’s new girlfriend might have taken her procedures a little far. According to celebrity esthetician and cosmetic specialist Zara Harutyunyan, D.O.M., R.N., with Cosmetic Rejuvenation , "It looks to me like Gwen also has undergone Ultratherapy, which is a non-surgical face lift and neck lift."
