Hurricane Florence is expected to touch down in North Carolina at the end of this week, and Jenelle Evans is doing everything she can to prep for the impending storm! But fans don’t think the Teen Mom 2 star should be sticking around; instead, they’re wondering why Jenelle isn’t evacuating with her kids!
Jenelle has been keeping fans posted on her hurricane prep struggle. She revealed her stores are already running out of bottled water and that she’d gotten “the LAST” 100 foot extension cords. “Everything is going quick!” she tweeted. Plus, she told fans she already lost power!
Fans were quick to criticize Jenelle for planning to stick around through the storm—especially since she is responsible for so many kids, including son Kaiser and daughter Ensley, and her husband David Eason’s daughter Maryssa.
“She makes my head hurt. I would have been out of there immediately especially with young children, just shows she doesn’t care about them," one fan slammed Jenelle.

“You are putting your children’s lives in danger it’s a category 4 hurricane and Wilmington is not on the good side. No one thing is more important than the lives of your children,” another fan wrote.
Some fans blamed David for keeping the family at home during the storm. “David is refusing to leave & he demands that she stay with him,” one fan alleged, claiming Jenelle needed his permission to leave.
Others just encouraged Jenelle to be safe! “Please be safe. You have a precious family,” one fan wrote. “I'm sure you guys are smart enough to have a plan and be realistic, if there are still problems with your house please stay somewhere else with your kids for your whole family to stay safe. Those kids need you guys both so be safe.”
