The Ashley's Reality Roundup did not confirm details yet, but reported that Farrah started filming for the show last week in Malibu.
According to the site, Farrah's most famous ex-boyfriend, Simon Saran, agreed to be on the show!
This past Sunday, the former TMOG star's ex shared a photo of a car on his Instagram with the caption, "“MTV appearance, f**k it, why not."

Farrah and Simon dated on-and-off for years before officially calling it quits in 2017. Before splitting, fans watched Farrah picked out an engagement ring with her daughter, Sophia, with the hopes that he would propose to her with it.
As for Farrah, the single mother parted ways with Teen Mom OG for multiple reasons in October 2017. She settled her lawsuit against the company in March 2018...but looks like there are no hard feelings there!
