By the looks of Simon's grin, he was pretty happy to be FaceTiming his lady.
As fans may know, Farrah and Simon probably have the most confusing relationship on Teen Mom.
The two have been on-and-off for years, since the two cannot agree on getting engaged.

As seen on the MTV show, Farrah purchased her own engagement ring, with the hopes that Simon would pay her back for it and then eventually get down on one knee and propose!
And the engagement never happened, so they called it quits...then got back together, then called it quits, and now, they seem to be back on!
