The 27-year-old reality star looked refreshed following her day at the spa.
Recently, the MTV star received a lot of backlash following a naked photo shoot that resembled Kourtney's promotion for her new website.
Many fans claimed the photos were extremely similar, but Farrah quickly denied that.
“I think we should stop comparing women,” she said in an interview outside of LAX. “I super support all female mamas and who are working and are pushing whatever she’s trying to push. I’m just focused on my own life and my own work.”
