Farrah just can’t get babies off her brain! During the season finale of Teen Mom OG, she and her longtime on-again-off-again boyfriend Simon Saran were ready to take their relationship to the next level with an engagement! She even told him over dinner that before more babies come, she needs a ring! Yikes, no pressure!

But this wasn’t the first time that Farrah and Simon made headlines for having a baby together! Fans began questioning if the pair was expecting a little one when she uploaded a photo of text message exchanges including one that stated, “I’m Pregnant.”

However, Simon was the one who sent the shocking text to Farrah which she uploaded with the caption, “&what do you say to that…#lmao.”
The Teen Mom OG star has been extremely candid about her desire to have more children and revealed that is planning to adopt a child in an Instagram post!

And the start of 2016 for Farrah involved another shocking pregnancy scandal! The star revealed on her Instagram account that her little puppy Posh was expecting a litter of puppies in just a matter of days!
She recently revealed on her podcast Farrah & Friends that Posh had the puppies but unfortunately one of them did not survive. She added that they would be selling them eventually.

Fans fired at Farrah for not being aware of the dog’s pregnancy calling her “ignorant” and “irresponsible.”
