When asked if she wants more kids on Hollywood Life's podcast, she replied, "It just doesn't seem plausible right now." Adding, "I don't know!"
Farrah welcomed her only child, daughter Sophia, while starring on 16 & Pregnant back in 2009.
Sophia recently celebrated her 10th birthday in New York City with an amazing celebration!
Unsure about her future plans, Farrah said that her friend is adopting a 10-year-old child at the moment, which is something she is open to!
“I’m open to adoption,” she said. “I feel again like I don’t want to necessarily go backward if it feels backwards," she explained.
She further explained, "You got to love someone a lot, you got to go through all that stuff. If I ever have a relationship again, yes, it’s going to be a marriage, it’s going to be everything couples do and so I don’t know. But if it’s not the right thing, I’m not going to make someone be there and ya know, make them go through all of that.”
But as always, Farrah is "open for the right situation." She added, "I never close a door, I just know what I want."
When it comes to adopting possibly in the future, Farrah knows how she would handle the situation due to her upbringing. Growing up, many families in her neighborhood adopted children, so she has seen the "good and bad" of the situation.
When it comes to finding a new partner, Farrah is content with her dating life right now. At the moment, she is single and letting things happen naturally. "Hopefully we find someone great," she said. "I'm not giving up, I just don't need to date!"
