Farrah Abraham and Simon Saran cannot get enough of each other! The Teen Mom OG star's on-again-off-again boyfriend shared the cutest photo, along with the sweetest caption, of them two vacationing in Greece together.
"Ran into my best friend in Greece! Small world! #hungry," Simon wrote on Twitter with a photo of him holding onto his on-again-off-again girlfriend tight.
The reality stars have been fueling rumors that they are officially back on (again) after spending time together in Greece.

Simon opened up about the trip in an exclusive interview with OKMagazine.com saying, "We just happened to be there at the same time."
Despite the PDA filled photo, Simon claims, "We are friends."
He continued saying, "She can't go on without having me in her life. I am a very important influence."
