Farrah Abraham and Simon Saran have been on-and-off for years now, but this past summer the reality star couple officially called it quits. Within the last few days, Teen Mom OG fans have been going crazy over the exes reuniting for a sexy vacation in Greece, but does that mean they are back together...again?!
"We just happened to be there at the same time," Simon said in an exclusive interview with OKMagazine.com "We are friends."
He continued, "She can't go on without having me in her life. I am a very important influence."
The reality star's ex explained that due to her rocky relationship with her mother, Debra Danielson, Farrah leans on him for support.

Simon explained, "She needs someone like me to a calm her and put her in a better place. Things that friends do."
As seen on the show, Farrah and Simon were constantly fighting over the possibility of getting engaged. She purchased a ring while on vacation with her daughter, Sophia, but Simon never got down on one knee and proposed.
