Khloe Kardashian is the number one rumored replacement for Osbourne and reportedly turned down the role once already. "She was supposed to do it last time and passed. She may consider doing it again but the offer would have to be really high," an insider told Us Weekly. "It's a lot of extra work for her."

RadarOnline reported that Zendaya, who was a guest on the show alongside Joan, “previously auditioned for Fashion Police to replace Giuliana!” The former Disney star reportedly went to the audition after Giuliana “was unsure if she wanted to return to the show after Joan had passed away.” Now that would be interesting...
