French Montana went off on his security team for failing to properly protect him on Tuesday, August 27. The rapper was leaving the Amish Market in Tribeca, New York, when an unidentified man sucker punched one of his bodyguards.
French, 34, wasn't touched during the incident but the close call didn't sit well with him.
"You could have made me get hit," he screamed at one of the men in his security detail.
The musician continued to shout at his bodyguards for multiple minutes on the street until police arrived.

At one point, two of the bodyguards appeared to be ready to fight each other before they calmed down.
The man that threw the punch got away so no report was filed for assault or injuries.
The altercation came less than 24 hours after French attended the 2019 MTV Video Music Awards at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.
