'Fuller House' Star Jodie Sweetin To Tackle Feelings Of 'Isolation' In New Parenting Podcast

Fuller House star Jodie Sweetin is launching a new parenting podcast called Never Thought I'd Say This with best friend and life coach Celia Behar on July 10. The podcast will cover the ins and outs of motherhood in an attempt to make moms feel less alone in their parenting journey.
"Our podcast aims to normalize the real mom/parenting experience with listeners who might feel isolated, compartmentalized and like perhaps they are doing this whole parenting thing wrong," Jodie and Celia told People.
They continued, "In this digital age, where looking ‘perfect’ now seems to be an art form, we hope that by using our own personal experiences, embarrassing parent fails and close friendship, we can take the perfect out of parenting!”
They plan to cover a wide range of topics, such as how to have a conversation with kids about school shootings.

They will welcome special guests every episode. Some guests already on the schedule include Jodie's Fuller House costar Andrea Barber, Step by Step actress Christine Lakin, and Dance Mom's star Maddie Ziegler's mother Melissa Gisoni.
Jodie is a mom to two daughters. She shares Beatrix Carlin, 8, with ex husband Morty Coyle and Zoie Laurelmae, 11, with other ex husband Cody Herpin.
"Jodie and Celia’s refreshingly raw and honest take on the ups and downs of parenting fulfills a void we identified in the podcast universe. It’s the PG-13 parenting podcast all of us moms and dads need," Jimmy Fox, president of Main Event Media, said in a statement.
