Amid a tough custody battle with his ex, Halle Berry, Gabriel Aubry stepped out with their 3-year-old daughter, Nahla, in Los Angeles yesterday.

The model and his little girl were seen strolling through the L.A. Zoo, taking in the scenery and enjoying some laughs throughout the afternoon.

Halle, who recently went to court after a nanny claimed Gabriel was aggressive (but he wasn't charged), is currently trying to obtain custody of Nahla and move to France with her new beau, Olivier Martinez.
