First Look At The ‘Extraordinary’ 8th Season Of ‘Game Of Thrones’
With several more months to wait until audiences get to see the eighth and final season of Game of Thrones, HBO finally gave them a glimpse of its eagerly anticipated return over the weekend. Read on to take a look!
In an effort to highlight what’s to come this fall on the network, HBO debuted an AMAZING clip featuring some of their new and returning shows—including Big Little Lies, Barry, and Veep.
But it was the shots of the final season of Game of Thrones that nearly broke the Internet on Sunday night.
To put it in Daenerys Targaryen’s (Emilia Clarke) words to Jon Show (Kit Harrington) in the video, it was truly “something extraordinary.”
The new clips, which included a shot of Jon embracing Sansa Stark (Sophie Turner) as they reunite at Winterfell, were intertwined with others from season 7.
And that was just a TASTE of the season! Game of Thrones will air its final six episodes during the first half of 2019.
