George Clooney is a new dad and he's got his priorities straight up, his new born twins! And that's probably why the actor is selling his tequila company, Casamigos, for a A LOT of money. George founded the company with Cindy Crawford's husband, Randy Gerber in 2013, right before he met his wife Amal Clooney.

George and Rande sold the company to Diageo, a major liquor company. Casamigos is considered to be "the fastest growing ultra-premium tequila in the country," according to Gerber!

The company started off as a personal collection of tequila that the amigos intended to create for family and friends, but it quickly became public.
