Giuliana Rancic and her supportive hubby, Bill Rancic, stepped out for the first time since she underwent a double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery two weeks ago for her breast cancer diagnosis.

Giuliana and Bill were all smiles as they gave out autographs and talked to fans in Santa Monica, Calif., at a public signing yesterday.
The E! News host looks as amazing as ever and seems to be healing nicely after the surgery, which Bill says has given Giuliana "less than a one percent chance" that her cancer will return.
