Blake Shelton officially turns 42 on Monday, but his longtime girlfriend Gwen Stefani decided to start his birthday celebrations early over the weekend where she serenaded him to the tune of "Happy Birthday".
She shared a video on her Instagram stories from his birthday festivities on Saturday night, which showed loved ones gathered around the table just for him.
“Bday weekend has begun!!” she captioned the clip, where she sang, “Happy birthday dear Blakey!”
She also posted a really cute selfie of them with a white heart drawn around their faces.
