Gwen Stefani cancelled her upcoming July 24 show because she isn’t feeling well enough to perform. The “Cool” singer, 49, has an extended residency at the Zappos Theater in Las Vegas until November 2.
Gwen took to Instagram on July 23 and apologized to her fans for the last-minute cancellation.
“I am so upset to share that I am unwell & will not be able to perform my Vegas residency show tomorrow night,” she began her heartfelt apology. “I was so looking forward to seeing everyone & performing & I wish I wasn’t feeling the way I do.”
Adding, “To everyone who was coming to Wednesday’s show, I am so sorry. I am doing everything I can to be back on stage Friday.”

What was originally supposed to be 25 shows from June 2018 to March 2019 for the singer turned into an extended residency, adding 21 dates through November 2019. The Just A Girl residency is an “incredible honor” for Gwen.
“I have been so fortunate to tour throughout my career, but to create a show for Vegas is something I’ve never experienced and I can’t wait,” she tweeted in April 2018 after the residency kicked off.
The “Hollaback Girl” singer recently made headlines when she surprised guests with a duet onstage alongside longtime boyfriend Blake Shelton at the California Midstate Fair on July 21.
