Gwen Stefani decided to combine two major occasions into one big celebration on Sunday: Father’s Day, and her longtime boyfriend Blake Shelton’s 42nd birthday.
Gwen started Blake's birthday festivities two days early, when she shared a video from a party on Saturday night that was surrounded by their loved ones.
Sunday turned into a "why not both?" kind of situation when Blake, Gwen and her two sons Kingston and Apollo celebrated Father's Day and his birthday. Kingston, Apollo and her other son Zuma are her children with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale.
How sweet! Blake was seen with a big Happy Birthday card as Apollo held onto his hand before they got into the car.

Blake dressed in his usual attire of jeans and a buttoned-down shirt, while Gwen went a little more glam with an oversized camo jacket and shades.
This is far from the first time that Blake has been spotted out and about with Gwen and her children. After three years of dating, is it time for them to have a little one of their own?
