Out with the old and in with the new! Blake Shelton may be nesting with Gwen Stefani, but the singer is ridding of her old home she shared with her ex, Gavin Rossdale!
Gwen Stefani's house in the Hollywood Hills currently on the market following her split from Gavin Rossdale.
According to reports, Gwen and Gavin listed the Beverly Hills home they shared during their marriage for $35 million. The exes will reportedly share the profits of the sale, if the mansion does sell.

Rossdale and Stefani finalized their divorce in April after a cheating scandal, reportedly with the couple’s nanny, broke apart their 13-year marriage.

Gwen has since moved on with Shelton, who is reportedly building a “beach house” to share with his girlfriend and her three children — Kingston, 10, Zuma, 8, and Apollo, 2 — on Lake Texoma, an hour drive away from his ranch in Tishomingo, Oklahoma.

The lovebirds are also said to be house hunting together and a source claims they have found several properties in Ojai, Calif. that “they’ve both fallen in love with.”
