The actress launched the lifestyle site Goop back in 2008. But according to reports, a source close to Goop says Paltrow is still struggling to connect with her employees.

"Gwyneth is unappreciative and inconsiderate and expects way too much of her staff,” the source said. “She works them into the group and doesn’t know the words ‘thank you.’”

The source added that the work environment at Goop is “toxic” and employees' needs aren’t being met.

Along with low morale among workers, though, Goop has also faced a great deal of administrative and financial troubles.

Several top level executives have parted ways with the company, including former Goop CEO Seth Bishop, who left his role in the spring. The company’s financial growth has also come into question over the past few years, reports RadarOnline.com.

But despite the reported problems, Goop is still chugging along. Michael Kors even collaborated with the site this fall to design an exclusive holiday collection.
