Halle Berry’s ex-husband Olivier Martinez was spotted spending some quality time with his son Maceo. Their sweet father-son time was a stark change from the legal trouble Olivier and Halle are now facing. Read on for the latest.
While out in LA, both Olivier and Maceo kept it cool and casual. The 52-year-old wore a relaxed fit tee-shirt and jeans as he walked alongside the little one.
Earlier this week Halle and her former husband were due in court for the latest hearing in their divorce saga.
However, the pair were total no-shows and they are now in big trouble with the court. They're even facing sanctions.

According to documents, a new hearing has been set for January 2019. During this new meeting, the former couple and their lawyers will learn their fates.
Though the skipped court date seems like unbelievable mistake, sources close to the divorced parents insisted that there was an reasonable explanation for their absence. They claim that it was all the unfortunate result of a “clerical error.”
Halle and Olivier split back in 2015 after 2 years of marriage. Their divorce was finalized back in 2016.
