Derek and Hannah Jeter are adding to their roster!
The genetically blessed couple announced the good news on Derek’s sports website, The Player’s Tribute, and even revealed their baby’s gender!
“Big moments also have a funny way of making you look ahead,” the Sports Illustrated model wrote in her pregnancy reveal essay before showing a picture of Derek holding over a dozen pink balloons. “Now, pregnant with our first child, Derek and I are looking to the future.”
And when it comes to naming their baby girl, Derek’s already got his heart set on one in particular.

“He already has a name in mind — he’s set on it,” Hannah wrote. “We’ll see. He’ll say when he calls me during the day: ‘So, how are you and so-and-so doing?’ ‘That’s not the name yet, sweetie.’ Whatever her name is, I know she’ll run circles around him.”
Derek and Hannah wed in July 2016.
