Everywhere we look these days, there's another little celebrity girl wearing a tutu! Nicole Richie toted her tutu-wearing tot Harlow Madden around on Thursday, giving her a comfy mom ride everywhere they went. Even though Nic's pretty tiny, she looks like she's got plenty of motherly strength to carry Harlow around town!
Suri Cruise also sported a pretty ballet look recently, showing off her own version of tutu couture with mom Katie Holmes in NYC.
