Hayden Panettiere made the tough decision to enter rehab for postpartum depression for the second time and it appears the stress of her show being cancelled is weighing on her.
The 26-year-old actress was seen outside a Barnes & Noble in Utah where she is being treated, smoking a cigarette and carrying books on May 15.

"The postpartum depression I have been experiencing has impacted every aspect of my life," she wrote on Twitter, announcing her rehab stay. "Rather than stay stuck due to unhealthy coping mechanisms I have chosen to take time to reflect holistically on my health and life. Wish me luck!"
Hayden said that she identified with her Nashville character, Juliette Barnes, who also suffered from postpartum depression on an appearance on Live! With Kelly and Michael last September.
The actress previously entered a treatment center one month later in October for the illness after her daughter Kaya was born in 2014.
