Worse For Wear? Hayden Panettiere Caught Smoking & Ring-Less In First Pics Since Rehab

Hayden Panettiere checked herself into a rehab for postpartum depression for a second time in May and was just snapped in New York City for the first time since then looking disheveled.

The mom of daughter, Kaya, wore Ugg boots in July, light blue leggings and a plaid button up shirt. Her engagement ring from pro-boxer Wladimir Klitschko was also nowhere to be seen.

The 26-year-old stopped for a moment to light a cigarette a read a few chapters from her book, Underboss: Sammy 'The Bull' Gravano's Story of Life in the Mafia.

This isn’t the first time Hayden has been caught smoking. She lit up on the set of her Carl’s Jr. commercial last year.

The Nashville star first sought depression treatment in October 2015. She described her situation to fans in a tweet: “The postpartum depression I have been experiencing has impacted every aspect of my life,” she explained to fans. “Rather than stay stuck due to unhealthy coping mechanisms I have chosen to take time to reflect holistically on my health and life. Wish me luck!”

Hayden does have something to look forward to … the once-canceled show was picked up by CMT and Lionsgate! Variety reported that both stars, Connie Britton and Hayden, are closing in on deals for the fifth season.
