She’s been unstoppable, but is it healthy for her to be going this hard? Perhaps she’s trying to get ready for her next big role alongside pal Gabrielle Union in the small screen adaptation of Bad Boys?
Then just two weeks after that she was spotted heading to pump more iron at the gym. She was there not only on a Friday, but the following day as well!

The usually svelte mommy of three (also to daughters Haven, 6, and Honor, 9, with hubby Cash Warren) has clearly been on a mission to get her pre-pregnancy body back!
Just yesterday she topped all of that with not one, not two, but THREE workouts in one day! She posted another sweaty pic of herself after a workout with friends on Instagram about it, with the caption, “3rd workout of the day for me -man it was hard, but oh so good.” WOW!
