Vito Schnabel is coming clean. The art dealer has been seeing model Heidi Klum for over three years, but photos recently emerged of him allegedly kissing another woman in the back of a London cab. And now, he’s setting the record straight on what happened. “The claims that have been made are a misinterpretation of an entirely innocent situation,” Schnabel said in a statement to People magazine. “There is nothing more to this than I was simply saying goodnight to a family friend and we went on our separate ways.” Despite Vito’s claims, this is not the first time he’s been accused of cheating on his gorgeous girlfriend.
Earlier this year, Vito was allegedly spotted “caressing, hugging and whispering” into the ear of fellow art dealer Dasha Zhukova, an eyewitness told OK!
“That was totally humiliating for Heidi,” the source claimed at the time.

In 2015, Vito reportedly engaged in the same shady behavior.
Still, Heidi continues to stand by her man. The two were recently spotted on a date in London.
