The two looked casually fashionable as they enjoyed the sites in Portofino, Italy.
Heidi rocked an all black look, paired with a plaid shirt that she tied around her waist. While Vito went with a tourist approved look – shorts and a t-shirt.
The supermodel was also seen checking out local boutiques before going to a local restaurant to grab lunch.

Heidi and Vito looked in good spirits as they strolled around Portofino hand in hand and even shared a kiss at one point. Awwww
It seems like the two hit the land before hitting the waves as they were also spotted aboard a yacht, soaking up the sun, in St. Tropez, most recently.
