Talk about a transformation! Heidi Klum was spotted in New York wearing a black slip, but later paired the slip with blue jeans and a striped blazer as she ran errands with her kids.
It's hard to believe but the 44-year-old has not one, not two, but four children, and still has managed to keep her body ridiculously fit. She's also snagged herself a younger man, as she is currently dating art curator Vito Schnabel
While Heidi was dressed effortlessly chic, all eyes were on her kids, since it is not too often that we see the whole brood out and about.

It's great that Heidi is able to balance everything she has going on in her life to make time for her children,as she is currently a judge on America's Got Talent and Germany's Next Top Model has a number of other projects going on.
On being able to raise her kids while being such a boss, Heidi previously told Redbook, "Women are capable of juggling a lot of balls—we do things that guys just cannot do. Men typically can juggle only one ball, and even then they're like, 'I'm confused. Should I put it in my right or left hand?'"
