The cutie couple attended UNICEF's Summer Gala in Porto Cervo, Italy on Friday.
She looked absolutely stunning in her black and grey ensemble, while Tom sported a somewhat relaxed look for the evening ahead.
They switched gears to a more romantic side the next day, where Heidi & Tom were spotted getting in a passionate kiss with one another on a yacht in Sardinia.
