Heidi, 45, stepped out for the amfAR New York Gala at Cipriani Wall Street in Manhattan on Wednesday, February 6 where the star revealed that she and her 29-year-old fiancé have set a date!
"Yeah, I think we did," the America's Got Talent judge told ET. "But you will find out eventually."
While Heidi kept her lips sealed on most of the details of her big day, she did talk about her wedding planning progress. "We're two Germans, it will be very organized and on time. Very, very much on time and very organized," she joked.

As OK! readers know, the supermodel and Tom got engaged at the end of December 2018 but this isn't her first time walking down the aisle.
Heidi was married to Australian actor Ric Pipino for about five years before they separated in 2002. The 45-year-old was also married to Seal for almost a decade until they called in quits in 2014. They share four children together.
