How has Heidi Montag not given birth yet? The 30-year-old is rocking a huge baby bump but that has not stopped her from vacationing and enjoying this new chapter with her husband, Spencer Pratt. The couple packed on the PDA while enjoying a day by the hotel pool in Hawaii, which is where they've been spending their time since July.
Heidi was showing off her ever-growing baby bump wearing a black two-piece bikini from Prey Swim line by Audrina Patridge. As fans know, both starred on the hit reality show, The Hills.
Audrina welcomed a girl back in 2015, and gave Heidi advice about motherhood. “We talk often! Whatever advice she needs I just give,” she told Us Weekly.
“I know she was afraid of having a C-section, so I just kind of gave her my advice of what I went through. I was so afraid and it actually wasn't that bad.”

And while Audrina had a girl, Heidi and Spencer are expecting a boy, and couldn't sound more excited about it. “The doctor said, ‘It’s a boy!’ I started screaming,” Heidi told the magazine about learning the sex of their baby.
And that's not the only thing Heidi's found out. She spoke about packing on the pounds, admitting on Snapchat, "I've already gained 25 pounds! I mean, no big deal, right? Just three more months to go at 4 pounds a month." She looks great to us!
