Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt look like they're bound to be pretty fun parents. Heidi of coursing is toting around a huge baby bump these days, but she's not letting that keep her from getting some quality time in with her husband and working on her athleticism.
The Hills alums spent their morning at the Pelican Resort in Newport Beach, CA. They looked to be working on their swings with Spencer helping wife Heidi through her strokes.
Both looked summery, with Heidi covering her bump with a bright pink shirt, and Spencer wearing a lime green polo.
And while the two got married back in 2009, Heidi says Spencer knew for some time that she was ready for motherhood.

He told Us after Heidi's baby announcement was revealed, "Heidi has wanted to be a mom since the day I met her,” he said. “She has planned for and thought about this."
"I wanted a baby three years ago. Spencer was a little hesitant. Then one thing after another came up. We had work obligations, like Celebrity Big Brother in the U.K., which I did not want to be pregnant for. I’m actually really thankful we waited. I thought I was ready in my twenties, but with everything we had going on, it just wouldn’t have been a good situation for us."
