Heidi Montag is a mom! The former Hills star gave birth to a baby boy on Sunday, October 1, with her husband Spencer Pratt. The two first announced they were expecting in April, just months before their ninth wedding anniversary. “I have never been more excited,” Heidi told Us Weekly at the time. Spencer agreed, telling the mag, “Heidi has wanted to be a mom since the day I met her. She has planned for and thought about this.” And now, Heidi’s wish has finally come true! "Heidi and Spencer are proud parents of a healthy baby boy as of this afternoon," the couple's rep told Us Weekly exclusively.
According to the rep, Heidi and Spencer’s baby boy was born at 3:06pm on Sunday. He weighs 6 pounds, 12 ounces, and is 19 inches long.
“It was the hardest and most rewarding experience,” Heidi told Us, adding that she and Spencer “are so blessed to have a beautiful baby boy.”

Spencer summed up his feelings succinctly, calling the birth of his son, “Officially the most lit day of my life.”
As for their baby boy’s name? The couple decided on Gunner Stone. Maybe Gunner will find a playmate in William “Liam” James Tell, the son of Heidi’s ex Hills co-star Lauren Conrad, who gave birth to her baby boy on July 5.
