It was kind of hard to miss Heidi and Spencer Pratt on the 4th of July, as the reality star couple really dressed for the major holiday alongside their adorable son Gunner.
The former Hills twosome were spotted at a run in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
Heidi sported a major side ponytail with an American flag shirt and a festive hat while pushing little Gunner around in his stroller.
Spencer, on the other hand, got major style points for his comically large American flag themed bowtie.

Can't forget about Gunner! He looked super adorable in his top hat and red, white and blue buttoned down as his mommy held onto him for the fun day out.
Heidi and Spencer sealed their holiday journey out with a big kiss during the festivities.
