Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt took a much-needed break from tirelessly filming their new reality show The Hills: New Beginnings for some family time. The couple took their son Gunner to the pool at the Rosewood Miramar hotel in Santa Barbara. Scroll through to see cute pics of the family hanging out!
Heidi, 32, sported a light blue and pink paisley-print bikini and wore her long blonde locks in a bun.
Spencer, 35, rocked black board shorts and a medley of chunky black beaded necklaces. Gunner, 18 months, wore an itsy blue and red bathing suit to swim.
The three splashed around in the water as they enjoyed some ice cream.

The family recently hit the red carpet of the 2019 Kid's Choice Awards, where Spencer and Gunner matched in cute T-shirts.
Heidi and Spencer will next be seen on The Hills reboot that is set to air later this year. Heidi posed with her costars Mischa Barton, Whitney Port and Audrina Patridge for the April issue of Cosmopolitan. The reality star dished on her parenting skills. “I’m what they call an attachment parent,” she said.
