The Lizzie McGuire alum posted a selfie with her left hand resting on her face. Most noticeable was the gleaming gold ring on her left finger — where a wedding band is traditionally worn.
However, her caption didn’t confirm or deny a possible engagement at all. Instead she wrote, “This vintagey looking sparkly number from @foxandbond has me smiling today,” giving a quick shout out to the jewelry company.
Her comment section was quickly flooded with confused and curious followers. Even her big sister, Haylie, took a moment to comment. She wrote, “Ummm I thought this was something else.”

Though the “Come Clean” singer and her boyfriend are keeping mum on the subject of marriage, there is one subject they’ve been very vocal about — parenthood.
Hilary has frequently posted about how excited the two are to meet their little one. Most recently she wrote, “Feeling lots of love today with every movement and kick to the bladder lol. Appreciate that this one picked Matt and I to be her mommy and daddy. We're gonna crush it for you, baby B. You also have the sweetest big brother waiting to meet and love you.”
