Not Guilty! Rape Charges Against Hilary Duff’s Ex Mike Comrie DROPPED

Mike Comrie can breathe a sigh of relief! The rape charges against him have been dropped! Hilary Duff’s ex-husband has been under investigation by the Los Angeles Police Department since February, People reported, when he was accused of engaging in non-consensual sex with a woman. According to RadarOnline.com, Mike acknowledged that he had sex with the woman but insisted it was consensual. Ultimately, prosecutors cited “reasonable doubt” as their reason for dropping the charges. Click through to find out more about Mike’s case.
The accuser reportedly claimed she and another woman met Mike at a bar on February 11.
Upon returning to Mike’s home, the accuser claimed the first woman had consensual sex with Mike and then left.

The accuser then claimed Mike forced her into sodomy, RadarOnline.com reported.
Throughout the process, Hilary has stuck by her ex’s side. Her mother Susan even told RadarOnline.com that Mike was a “great guy.”
