- 4½ cups Smoke Tree Rosé
- 2 cups unsweetened black tea
- ¾ cup lemon juice
- ½ cup bourbon
- ½ cup raw cane sugar syrup
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 lemon sliced
Method
- Fill a punch bowl with ice
- Top with Smoke Tree Rosé, unsweetened black tea, lemon juice, bourbon and raw cane sugar syrup.
- Stir to chill and combine ingredients
- Top with lemon slices and blueberries

- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Lemon peel, to garnish
- Glass: flute
Method
- Combine the Glenfiddich 12 Year Old, lemon juice, Drambuie, and bitters.
- Shake briefly and pour into a flute.
- Add club soda and cider.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.

- Combine the ingredients in a stemless wine glass.
- Muddle to extract juices and oils.
- Fill the glass with ice, top up with Cape Mentelle SBS, stir, sip & savor!
