Not only was Zac Efron pumping his own gas at a station in L.A. yesterday, he took the time to peruse what appeared to be a script as he refuled his Audi. Not a moment to waste in Lala land — The next great role could be just around the corner, and Zac is revving up to get it!

Zac has always been a go-getter — he just finished a long bout of promotion for Charlie St. Cloud, and managed to not only visit a strip club, but to show up to watch his girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens play stripper Mimi in Rent in L.A. the same night he appeared at the Teen Choice Awards!
