Blue is often seen rocking some fun, colorful, designer looks when she's out with her parents, and apparently those looks are all thanks to her personal shopper and stylist Manuel Mendez!
A rep for Bey confirmed to Women's Wear Daily that Mendez, who also served as the pop star's personal assistant, is indeed responsible for Blue's fashion choices.

Mendez has been working with the heir to the Carter throne since September 2013, when little Blue was just 20 months old!
He's the mastermind behind some of Blue's most legendary looks, including the custom Valery Kovalska white suit she wore to the 2018 Grammys.
Mendez also worked with Bey and husband Jay Z to create their epic Malibu Barbie Halloween costumes!
