Hugh Jackman has revealed the work out behind those biceps — he hits the boxing ring.
"I want to work it!" the 40-year-old said after judging a charity sparring competition at the Aerospace High Performance gym in New York City, where the star likes to pull on a pair of boxing gloves.
"I love it; it's good for the eye. For my job, it helps. When other actors aren't doing what you want them to, you can punch them out!" he joked at the benefit for the The East Harlem School at Exodus House.

Perhaps Twilight's Robert Pattinson, Jackman's co-star in the upcoming Unbound Captives, will join him in the ring!
Hugh — who has two children, Ava, 3, and Oscar, 8, with wife, Deborra-Lee Furness — says of their heartthrob status, "He'll laugh it all off. And if he doesn't I'll slap him around a little bit."
