A lot of planning went into Joseph Duggar’s big wedding proposal! As seen on Joy-Anna and Austin Forsyth’s wedding special, The 22-year-old worked with his 19-year-old sister to make sure he created the perfect engagement moment!
Instead of Joy doing the traditional toss of the bouquet the bride planned to hand deliver her flowers to Kendra Caldwell, Joe’s then-girlfriend. Joe then planned to swoop in, get down on one knee, and ask Kendra to marry him.
Once it was finally time for the big moment, things went off without a hitch!

“Will you marry me?,” Joe nervously asked as he dropped to one knee. “Yes! Joe! I would love to marry you,” Kendra shrieked.
The two were then showered with love from their on-looking family.
