Keanu Reeves and Alexandra Grant made their debut appearance as a couple on November 2, but it wasn’t their first time walking the red carpet together! The John Wick actor and the artist have known each other for over a decade but it appears they took their relationship to the next level.
“Everyone is ecstatic that Keanu’s finally found happiness with such a wonderful woman. Keanu doesn’t stop raving about her!” an insider told Life & Style.
Keanu, 55, and Alexandra, 46, turned up the PDA at the LACMA Art and Film Gala over the weekend and held hands on the carpet. Alexandra has art displayed in the exhibit.
The couple's night out comes just a few weeks after they were spotted getting cozy at a sushi restaurant in Hollywood on October 18. “It looked like they were on a date,” a source told L&S at the time.
The actor and the artist may have been romantic as early as June. Although they’ve walked many red carpet events together as business partners, the two held hands at the Yves Saint Laurent NYFW show on June 6.

Keanu and Alexandra have worked together since 2011. The artist illustrated the Bill & Ted actor’s 2011 book, Ode To Happiness. She also illustrated his 2016 book, Shadows.
Their joint love for literature inspired them to create a publishing company together. They cofounded X Artists' Books in 2017.
Keanu hasn’t publicly dated anyone since his late '90’s relationship with Jennifer Syme, who worked as an assistant to former Red Hot Chili Peppers band member Dave Navarro. The couple’s relationship ended tragically. In 1999 Jennifer gave birth to their daughter, Ava, who was stillborn. The couple separated shortly after, although they remained friends.
Jennifer passed away in a car accident in 2001, just one day after the former pair were spotted having lunch together in San Francisco. “Keanu was so traumatized by her death that there were times when he couldn’t get out of bed in the morning,” the insider told L&S, adding that “everything changed” after Alexandra came into his life.
