The reality star shared a photo of her and Tristan, which she caption, "Mom & Dad."
While those are reportedly nicknames that the pair like to call each other, the Web is convinced that it could be something more, as Tristan and Khloe have both spoken at length publicly about their desire to have children together!

During a recent episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Khloe went to get her fertility checked out to explore being Kim's surrogate, which led to discussions about having her own children sooner rather than later.
When she spoke about babies with Tristan, he revealed that he was ready to have '5 or 6' with Khloe. He already has one child with his ex, Jordan Craig.
