James Corden did his very best to keep up with Mark Wahlberg's intense 4AM workout. Read on for the hilarious details.

James began his day bright and very early at 2:30 AM which, is the same time Mark starts his day. Needless to say, the struggle was real.

He provided an entire list of Mark's daily tasks, which included prayer shortly after he wakes up. "I'm praying that he cancels," James joked.

There he is! Mark was awake and ready to start his workout as James stumbled inside his gym. "This is ridiculous, this is the most ridiculous thing I've ever done."

The beginning of the workout was fairly easy, where the two of them just rolled on the floor and began to stretch.

James couldn't help but to poke fun at Mark for having a cardboard cutout of himself in his gym while he worked out.

He even created some merchandise for him and Mark called the 4AM Club, and the Boogie Nights star couldn't help but notice that James was in better shape than he was. The Late Late Show with James Corden airs weeknights on CBS.
