Janet Jackson was spotted in London earlier this week, and it doesn’t look like the new mom has shed any of her baby weight just yet!
Janet gave birth to her son Eissa with husband Wissam Al Mana on January 3rd and reportedly gained 80 pounds during her pregnancy.
The former super-fit singer/dancer will need to employ “enormous discipline” if she wants to lose the baby weight, top New York internist Dr. Stuart Fischer, who has not treated Janet, told RadarOnline.com exclusively.
Dr. Fischer also said that losing the weight will require “a lot of exercise and fastidious dieting” or the singer could risk being “saddled with the weight forever.”

But it looks like Janet is content to focus on her baby and not the gym for now!
At least she has the wardrobe to make her baby weight work. The singer kept herself well covered in a fur overcoat, and even rocked some black wedges for her day out.
